David joined Ceres in July 2007 as our Associate Director of procurement. His experience includes both direct and indirect spend with companies such as GE (Aircraft Engine Business Group), Honeywell (Aerospace Group), Raytheon and US Airways.

David has held positions such as Principal Major Subcontract Specialist for Government Contracts, Director of Materials, Director of Purchasing, Manager of Purchasing and Manager of Materials. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delhi, and is currently pursuing completion of a master’s program in English literature.

David is a Certified Six Sigma, having completed courses and training at Honeywell and Raytheon. He also is a Certified Purchasing Manager, having met all of the requirements and passed the required exams as administered by the Institute of Supply Chain Management. He was actively involved with the Dayton ISM chapter as a Member of the Board of Directors, where he held the position of Director-at-Large. He also represented the Dayton Chapter in Regional ISM Annual Conferences and workshops. David is a current member of the National Contract Management Association and other professional organizations as well.
